Takionic® Performance Beads come loose or in patches and can be taped to an affected area, or wherever you have tension or pain, or can simply be carried in your shirt or trouser pocket. The loose beads can be taped to acupressure points or trigger points and placed on Chakras and Meridian lines - as long as they are adjacent to your body they will be effective.

N.B. It is recommended to build up to 30 but you can start with 6-10
