At Tools for Energy we are happy to be able to offer you several ways to order our products and several ways to pay for those products.

Secure Server on-line ordering and payment

For ease of use and a secure way of ordering we have installed a shopping basket system. At the bottom of each product page there is a 'Buy Now!' button which takes you to the start of the shopping process. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on 'View Basket' in the main menu at the top of the page. When you have finished shopping click on 'Go to Checkout' and you will then be taken to our secure server. Fill out all the sections of the on-line order form, this form is in a secure area, so you can be assured of safety when using your credit card for payment. Then send the on-line order to us by clicking the 'Send Your Order' button. A copy of your order is sent to your e-mail address. Please ensure your phone number and e-mail address are filled-in to enable us to contact you if the need arises. All your personal information is encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

You can call us direct on 0845 658 0012 (outside the UK call +44 845 658 0012). We are available to take your order Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (GMT). Please use the order form to organise the information about the products that you wish to order to ensure swift order taking.

N.B. If you wish to call us out of hours we have provided an answer machine to take your order and details. We will promptly fill your order or return your message.

Please fill out all the sections of the order form with product codes, descriptions, quantity, postage costs and if applicable size, colour, model etc.
Then fax us on 0845 658 0012 (outside the UK call +44 845 658 0012). This facility is available 24hrs - 7 days a week. Be sure to include your phone number in case we have to call you about your order.

Ordering by mail (Click Here)

Please fill out the order form with all the relevant details and mail it to us along with the appropriate payment. If paying by cheque or money order please ensure payment is made to 'Tools for Energy'. Then send your order form with payment to our address. Please do not forget to fully complete the order form with all the necessary details and include your phone number in case we have to call your regarding your order.

 

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

If you live in the UK you can expect your order within 1 week. 90% of our orders go out the day they are received. Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible, because we don't like to keep you waiting, however we do rely on many suppliers and sometimes we do have shipment delays but if this is the case we will call you to let you know as soon as we know the details.
